Since it's inauguration in 1960, several members of the choir have maintained an unbroken service. At a special meeting held on 25th June it was decided to Honour those members with Life Membership of the choir.
They were Alun Davies. Brynley Jenkins, Nantlais Jones, John Thomas, William Thomas, Dilwyn Williams, Mydrim Davies and Donald Evans.
Sadly Bryn passed away last week but had been made aware of his Honour some weeks previously. His family were truly thankful that Bryn had been awarded this honour.
The other recipients’ were honoured on Wednesday evening by the choir president Mr Eric Jones.
